Please note that we accept Mastercard,  Visa or Personal Check. (If paying with a Personal Check, please allow 3-5 days for the check to clear before your order is shipped out to you). Credit Card orders will only be shipped to the address on record of the card holder. No drop shipping to other addresses will be allowed.

Order Cancellation Policies

There is no penalty for cancelling an order. We try to ship the same day we receive the order. This means that if you cancel an order, the item may very well be on its way to you already. In that case you will have to refuse delivery or incur the cost to ship it back to us.

Return Policies

We gladly accept returns of unused merchandise if you are unhappy with your purchase. You have 15 days from the date of your receipt to return the product to us. You, the purchaser, are responsible for shipping the item back to us and we will issue a refund when we receive it. The item must me accompanied with the original receipt of purchase and must contain the original packaging that the item came in. If an item appears damaged or used for any and all reasons, a refund will not be allowed. Certain items like Bath Safety, Orthotics, Disposables and Wheelchair Cushions are NOT returnable due to hygene reasons. We do ask that you contact us by e-mail, phone, or regular mail to let us know that you are returning an item so that we can be prepared to process the return. Some items may incur a re-stocking fee if returned.
